Returns Policy - Mina Naji

At Mina Naji, we want you to enjoy your purchase with complete confidence. However, we understand that a product may occasionally not meet your expectations. In that case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. We believe in transparency and always strive to offer our customers a clear and fair returns policy. 1. Who Does This Returns Policy Apply To?

This Returns Policy applies only if:

  • You are a consumer (not acting in the course of a trade, business or profession), and
  • You purchased the product online, for example through our webshop.

2. Cooling-Off Period: Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.
  • If multiple products from one order are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.

3. Conditions for Returning Products

We kindly ask you to handle our products with care. You may inspect and assess them in the same way as you would in a physical store.
A return may be refused or only partially refunded if:

  • The product has been used more than necessary for evaluation
  • The product has been damaged
  • The packaging is missing or seriously damaged
  • The product is no longer suitable for resale

4. How Do I Register a Return?

Please register your return (within 14 days of receiving your order) by using our model withdrawal form or by sending an email to info@mina-naji.com.

5. Returning Your Product

After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to return or hand over the product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so that you always have proof of shipment.

  • Your return is considered timely if you dispatch the product before the 14-day period expires.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The standard shipping costs for returning your product(s) are your responsibility. Please refer to Section 7 for further information regarding refunds.

7. Refunds by Mina Naji

If you withdraw from the agreement:

  • You will receive a refund of all payments, including the standard shipping costs of your original order;
  • Any additional costs for choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard shipping option will not be refunded;
  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification;
  • Mina Naji may postpone the refund until the returned product has been received or until you have provided proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first;
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that it has been shipped.

8. Products That Cannot Be Returned

You may not return a product if it has been:

  • Custom-made specifically for you, or
  • Personalised to such an extent that it cannot reasonably be used or resold to someone else.

Would you like to exchange a product? Simply contact us by email. An exchange is treated as a new order and will be processed once we have received your returned product.
