However, we understand that a product may occasionally not meet your expectations. In that case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. We believe in transparency and always strive to offer our customers a clear and fair returns policy. Below, you will find everything you need to know about returning a product. Who Does This Returns Policy Apply To?<\/h3>\n<p>This Returns Policy applies only if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a <span class=\"accent\">consumer<\/span> (not acting in the course of a trade, business or profession), <span class=\"accent\">and<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You purchased the product <span class=\"accent\">online<\/span>, for example through our webshop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Conditions for Returning Products<\/h3>\n<p>We kindly ask you to handle our products with care. Returning Your Product<\/h3>\n<p>After notifying us of your return, you have another <span class=\"accent\">14 days<\/span> to return or hand over the product. Return Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n<p>The <span class=\"accent\">standard shipping costs<\/span> for returning your product(s) are your responsibility. Refunds by Mina Naji<\/h3>\n<p>If you withdraw from the agreement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will receive a refund of <span class=\"accent\">all payments<\/span>, including the standard shipping costs of your original order;<\/li>\n<li>Any additional costs for choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard shipping option will not be refunded;<\/li>\n<li>Your refund will be processed within <span class=\"accent\">14 days<\/span> after we receive your withdrawal notification;<\/li>\n<li>Mina Naji may postpone the refund until the returned product has been received or until you have provided proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first;<\/li>\n<li>The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"accent\">Please note:<\/span> We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that it has been shipped.<br \/>\n(Article 14, Paragraph 6 \u2013 Terms & Conditions)<\/p>\n<h3>8.
