This allows you to build your perfect selection at your own pace.<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">1.2 Shopping Cart & Account<\/span><br \/>\nBefore completing your purchase, we invite you to <span class=\"accent\">review your shopping cart<\/span>. You may also choose to <span class=\"accent\">create an account<\/span>, making future purchases quicker and more convenient. Creating an account is entirely optional. Whether or not you create an account has no effect on your <span class=\"accent\">payment process<\/span>.<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">1.3 Shipping Address & Acceptance of Terms<\/span><br \/>\nTo process your order, we ask you to provide a <span class=\"accent\">shipping address<\/span> and accept our <span class=\"accent\">Terms & Conditions<\/span>. At that moment, our agreement officially comes into effect (Article 3, Paragraph 8 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">1.5 Stock & Availability<\/span><br \/>\nOur products are carefully selected and available while stocks last. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you personally. Delivery<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"accent\">3.1 Delivery Time<\/span><br \/>\nOur delivery times are estimated with care and should be regarded as an indication rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, with the attention and care that you and your products deserve (Article 4, Paragraph 2 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">3.2 Delivery<\/span><br \/>\nProviding the correct shipping address is essential to ensure smooth delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification informing you where your parcel can be collected (Article 4, Paragraph 3 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">3.3 Transfer of Risk<\/span><br \/>\nThe risk of loss of or damage to your order passes to you as soon as the parcel has been delivered to you (Article 4, Paragraph 6 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<\/p>\n<h3>4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"accent\">4.1 Cooling-Off Period<\/span><br \/>\nFor webshop orders, a <span class=\"accent\">14-day<\/span> cooling-off period applies, starting from the day you receive your order. During this period, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason (Article 14, Paragraphs 2 and 3 \u2013 Terms & Conditions). You may use our <a href=\"https:\/\/mina-naji.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Mina-naji-Withdrawal-Form.pdf\">model withdrawal form<\/a>.<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">4.2 Exceptions<\/span><br \/>\nFor hygiene and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personalised products<\/li>\n<li>Products that cannot be resold<\/li>\n<li>Products that have been (almost) completely used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Article 14, Paragraphs 2 and 6 \u2013 Terms & Conditions)<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">4.3 Returns<\/span><br \/>\nAfter notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return or hand over the Products. Your return will be considered timely if you dispatch the parcel before the 14-day period expires. The direct costs of returning the Products are your responsibility (Article 14, Paragraph 6 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">4.4 Refund<\/span><br \/>\nFollowing your withdrawal, you will receive a refund of <span class=\"accent\">all payments<\/span> you have made up to that point, including the standard shipping costs where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping option, the additional costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We never charge any administrative fees for processing your refund.<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">4.5 Time of Refund<\/span><br \/>\nWe will process your refund <span class=\"accent\">within 14 days<\/span>, provided that we have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Received the returned Products in good order, <span class=\"accent\">or<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Received proof that you have returned the Products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Article 14, Paragraph 6 \u2013 Terms & Conditions)<\/p>\n<h3>5. Product Use<\/h3>\n<p>Our products deserve to be treated with care. Please use them in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging and be mindful of any known allergies or sensitivities (Article 7, Paragraphs 7 and 18 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<\/p>\n<h3>6. Warranty &amp; Liability<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"accent\">6.1 Inspection Upon Receipt<\/span><br \/>\nWe kindly ask you to inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt to ensure it is complete and meets your expectations in terms of quality (Article 7, Paragraph 2 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">6.2 Reporting Period<\/span><br \/>\nIf anything is not as expected, please notify us in writing within <span class=\"accent\">8 days<\/span> (Article 7, Paragraph 2 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<br \/>\n<span class=\"accent\">6.3 Liability<\/span><br \/>\nOur liability is limited to direct damage and shall never exceed the invoice amount of the relevant order (Article 7, Paragraphs 8 and 9 \u2013 Terms & Conditions).<\/p>\n<h3>7.
